Using CognivaRise

You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure and use the platform lawfully. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Programs and enrolment

Program scope, duration, delivery format, fees and eligibility are those confirmed on the applicable enrolment page or written offer. Internship, placement and certification opportunities may have attendance, assessment, project or partner eligibility requirements.

Learning materials

Course videos, notes, assessments, designs and platform materials are owned by CognivaRise or its licensors. Enrolment grants a personal, non-transferable right to use them for learning. They may not be copied, resold or redistributed without permission.

Payments and refunds

Applicable fees, instalments and refund conditions will be provided before purchase. Approved refunds are processed according to the written policy supplied with the specific enrolment.

Acceptable use

You may not share credentials, disrupt the platform, attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful content or misuse another person's information.

Service availability

We work to keep services available but may perform maintenance or change content and schedules where reasonably required. Material program changes will be communicated to affected learners.
